Refund Policy
At Vivian Nelson Consulting, every project is delivered through a structured and professional service process. Because our work involves time, expertise, and custom system development, we maintain a clear and transparent refund policy.
General Policy
All payments for ClickUp consulting, system design, workflow implementation, or digital strategy services are non-refundable once work has begun.
This is because:
- Time and expertise are invested immediately.
- Services are customized to your business and cannot be “returned.”
Deliverables, templates, and strategy work create instant value even in early phases.
Strategy Sessions & Clarity Calls
- Paid sessions (e.g., Consultation, Audit, Strategy, Onboarding Blueprint) are non-refundable once booked.
- If you need to reschedule, you may do so at least 24 hours in advance.
- “No-show” sessions are not refundable.
Project Deposits
All project engagements require a non-refundable deposit to secure your start date.
Deposits are non-refundable because:
- Your project slot is reserved.
- Preparatory research and planning begin immediately.
Monthly Retainers & Ongoing Support
Payments for retainers, operations support, or training plans are:
- Non-refundable
- Billed monthly in advance
You may cancel future billing with 14 days’ notice before the next cycle.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment
- Payment processing error
- If no work has started AND no deliverables have been shared
All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Project Satisfaction Guarantee
To ensure confidence in working together, every project includes:
- Clear scope agreement
- Deliverable checklist
- Review and revision windows
If something does not align with scope, we will revise it at no additional cost within the agreed timeline.
Digital Downloads & Training Material
All digital assets, templates, mini-courses, and training files are non-refundable, as they are accessible immediately upon purchase.
